Questions, bugs or billing problems: email us and we'll get back to you, usually within two business days.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they're managed from your phone's store settings rather than inside MyStock. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, request a refund through Google Play, or email us and we'll help.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, then close and reopen MyStock. If it's still missing, email us your order number: the Apple receipt email or the Google Play order number that starts with GPA.
You can delete your account or delete a saved analysis yourself from inside the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it first using the steps above.
MyStock covers companies listed on US exchanges. Try searching by ticker instead of name, and check the spelling. If a US-listed company is still missing, email us the name.
Make sure the company name or ticker is visible and the photo is in focus. Screenshots usually work better than photos of a screen.
Holdings come from public filings, which are released after a delay. Company insiders usually report within two business days, members of Congress within 45 days, and large funds up to 45 days after each quarter ends.
No. MyStock is a research tool that helps you understand companies. It doesn't recommend buying or selling anything, so make your own decisions or talk to a licensed advisor.
