Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tvini LLC ("Tvini", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the MyStock mobile applications for iOS and Android, the website at my-stock.app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using it under the laws that apply to you.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use most features. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the address in Section 17 if you suspect unauthorized use.
- An account is for one person. Do not share, sell, or transfer it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app or as described on our data deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel it with the store (see Section 5).
3. The Service
MyStock provides tools for researching publicly traded securities, including:
- AI-generated analysis of charts you photograph or upload, or of symbols you enter;
- market data, quotes, and charts;
- news summaries and market briefings;
- information about trades publicly disclosed by members of Congress and other notable investors; and
- educational lessons and quizzes.
Some features, including AI Analysis, require a paid subscription ("MyStock Pro"). We may add, change, limit, or remove features at any time, and we may apply reasonable usage limits (for example, a daily number of analyses) to keep the Service reliable for everyone.
4. Not investment advice
- Information only. All content in the Service, including AI-generated reports, data, news, disclosures, and lessons, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs.
- No adviser or broker relationship. Tvini is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax adviser. Using the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship. The Service does not execute trades or hold your money or securities.
- AI can be wrong. Analysis is generated automatically by artificial intelligence. It may misread a chart or symbol, contain errors or omissions, rely on incomplete information, or be out of date. Always verify information independently before relying on it.
- Third-party and delayed data. Market data, news, and disclosures come from third-party sources and public filings. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Congressional and other trade disclosures are published after the fact, sometimes weeks later, and do not reflect current positions.
- Your decisions are your own. Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making them.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Purchases through app stores
MyStock Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store (on iOS) and Google Play (on Android). Your purchase is processed by Apple or Google, and their terms and payment policies also apply. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings or in Google Play › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its refund policies. For App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple; for Google Play purchases, through Google.
- Free trials and offers. If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its terms are shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged when the trial ends.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, you will be notified in advance as required by the store and applicable law. Where the store requires your consent, the new price applies only if you accept it.
- Your account, any device. Your subscription is linked to the MyStock account you were signed in to when you purchased it. You can use MyStock Pro while signed in to that account on the supported apps, but you must manage and cancel it in the store where you bought it. A subscription purchased under one MyStock account cannot be moved to a different account.
6. Your content
You may upload images (such as chart screenshots or photos) and enter text (such as symbols or company names) ("Your Content"). You keep all rights to Your Content. You grant Tvini a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including sending it to third-party service providers (such as AI and data providers) that process it on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload images containing personal information about other people, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, or publish content from the Service for commercial purposes, including reports, data, or briefings;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service, or exceed or evade usage limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test its security, or access it without authorization;
- use the Service to break any law, including securities laws, or to manipulate any market; or
- impersonate anyone, or use another person's account.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the apps, software, design, text, graphics, and the MyStock name and logo, is owned by Tvini or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Third-party services and content
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services, data, and websites, including news publishers and market data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and a link does not mean we endorse it. Trademarks and company names shown in the Service belong to their owners.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, you may request a refund of any prepaid, unused subscription period through the store you purchased from. Sections 4, 6, 8, and 11 through 16 survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content, analysis, or data is accurate, complete, or current.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tvini and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service or any content in it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tvini and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or Your Content.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and Tvini consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example in the app or by email, before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
16. Additional terms for app store downloads
Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also apply:
- These Terms are between you and Tvini only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Tvini, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Tvini's responsibility, to the extent not disclaimed in these Terms.
- Tvini, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Tvini, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Google Play
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Tvini only, not Google, and Tvini is responsible for the app. If these Terms conflict with the Google Play Terms of Service with respect to your use of the Android app, the Google Play terms control to the extent of the conflict.

18. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tvini about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
